Being a mother is hope. and also fear.
Our children are the purest part of our world, with the most joyful and innocent laughter.
We try so hard to protect them, when they’re little and when they grow. So I painted laughing children, and I highlighted the scratches and dents on the helmet that cannot be erased.
Their laughter echoes through the helmet and wraps around the scratches
