Created for the Helmets for Chayalim project, inspired by the memory of Sergeant Natan Rosenfeld and dedicated to all the soldiers who gave their lives in defense of Israel.
This piece is a tribute to the courage and sacrifice of those who have defended our homeland. The fierce lion embodies the unwavering bravery, resilience, and strength of the soldiers who went into battle to protect their people. Flowing through its mane, the rays of the rising sun symbolize the enduring light of their memory and legacy—forever shining upon us and illuminating each new day.
The green background reflects the camouflage worn by soldiers in the field, yet the lion stands boldly against it—strong, visible, and unafraid. It represents the courage to stand firm in the face of danger and the pride to live openly and fearlessly.
